End-User Licence Agreement

This licence covers the Kievit software you use: the web app at kievit.app, including the version you add to your Home Screen, Dock or desktop (“the App”). It is part of the Terms of Service; if they conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. Licence
Sagoskatt Holdings grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, to use the Service, for as long as you have an account.
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the App, or offer it to others as a service;
- modify it, or decompile or reverse-engineer it, except as far as the law expressly allows;
- remove notices, or circumvent security, sign-in, usage limits or billing;
- use the App to build a competing product, or access the Service with automated tools other than the App.
3. Ownership
The App and the Service, including their design, code and names, belong to us or our licensors. This licence doesn’t transfer any ownership. The App includes open-source components (such as React, FastAPI and lucide icons) that are licensed under their own terms, which take precedence for those components.
4. Updates
The App updates itself when you open it, so you always use the current version. Some updates may be needed to keep using the Service.
5. Your device and browser
The App runs in your browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox or similar). Apple, Google, Microsoft and Mozilla are not parties to this licence and aren’t responsible for the App. Installing it only adds a shortcut and offline files; removing it from your Home Screen or Dock removes those.
6. Warranty and liability
The App is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. If you’re a consumer, your statutory rights for digital content and services — including the right to a version that conforms to the agreement — are not affected. Liability is governed by the Terms of Service.
7. End of the licence
The licence ends automatically when your account ends or if you breach this licence. You then stop using the App and remove it from your devices.
